must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in the notified engineering
streams from:
- Universities
established by Central/State Legislature
- Deemed
Universities under UGC Act
- IITs,
NITs, IIITs, AICTE-approved institutions
Final Year Students
- Final-year
engineering students are eligible to apply
- Must
submit proof of passing degree by 01 October 2026
- Final
year exams scheduled after 01 October 2026 are not eligible
Widows of Defence Personnel
- SSCW
(Tech): BE/B.Tech in any stream
- SSCW
(Non-Tech): Graduation in any discipline
Degrees obtained from foreign universities are not
accepted.

subject of Nepal, or
- A
person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, or East
African countries (with eligibility certificate)
