Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.

  • Graduation result must have been declared on or before 01 April 2026.
  • The graduation degree should not be older than 4 years (i.e., candidates who graduated before 01 April 2022 are not eligible).

Local Language Requirement

Candidates must know the local language of the state/UT they are applying for. They should be able to read, write, speak, and understand the language.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years

Age Relaxation

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
  • PwBD (OBC): 13 years
  • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Application Fee

  • General / OBC Male: ₹944
  • General / OBC Female: ₹708
  • SC / ST / PwBD / Transgender: ₹236

The application fee can be paid online through UPI, debit card, credit card, or internet banking.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two stages:

  1. Online Test
  2. Local Language Proficiency Test

Online Test Pattern

The online exam will include:

  • General & Financial Awareness
  • General English
  • Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning
  • Computer Knowledge
  • Union Bank Products & Services

The exam will contain 100 questions for 100 marks and must be completed in 60 minutes.

👉 There will be no negative marking, which is a major advantage for candidates.

Stipend and Benefits

Selected apprentices will receive monthly stipend based on branch location:

  • Rural / Semi-Urban Branches: ₹15,000 per month
  • Urban Branches: ₹18,000 per month
  • Metro Branches: ₹20,000 per month
