The Bank of Baroda has officially released the Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Notification for 5000 Apprentice vacancies across India under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates with a Graduation degree in any discipline can apply online from 19 May 2026 to 08 June 2026 through the official websites bankofbaroda.bank.in and bfsissc.com.

This apprenticeship program offers an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to gain practical banking experience in one of India’s leading public sector banks. Selected candidates will undergo 12 months of On-the-Job Training and receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

  • Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Important Conditions:

  • Graduation result must be within the last 4 years for NATS candidates
  • Candidates with more than 1 year of job/training experience after graduation are not eligible
  • Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training are not eligible.

 

Mandatory Registration Requirement

Before applying, candidates must register on:

  • NATS Portal – nats.education.gov.in
    AND/OR
  • NAPS Portal – apprenticeshipindia.gov.in

Without registration on these portals, applications will not be accepted.

 

Age Limit

The age limit is calculated as on 01 May 2026.

  • Minimum Age – 20 Years
  • Maximum Age – 28 Years

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST – 5 Years
  • OBC (NCL) – 3 Years
  • PwBD General/EWS – 10 Years
  • PwBD OBC – 13 Years
  • PwBD SC/ST – 15 Years.

 

Application Fee

SC/ST/PwBD Candidates

  • ₹200 + GST

General/EWS/OBC Male Candidates

  • ₹800 + GST

General/EWS/OBC Female & Transgender Candidates

  • ₹600 + GST.

The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online only.

 

Stipend & Benefits

Selected apprentices will receive:

  • ₹15,000 per month stipend

However:

  • No DA
  • No HRA
  • No medical benefits
  • No employee benefits

This is purely a training engagement under the Apprentices Act.

 

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three stages:

  1. Online Examination
  2. Document Verification
  3. Local Language Test

Final selection is subject to:

  • Medical fitness
  • Verification of documents.

  • 25 Marks

Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude

Computer Knowledge

  • 100 Questions

  • Duration: 60 Minutes.
